We want you to love your L*SPACE purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
✓ All original tags and packaging must be included
✓ Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Select items for return and print your prepaid label
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Drop off at any UPS location

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchange Options:

  1. Online Exchange:
    • Return original item(s)
    • Place new order at L*SPACE Shop
  2. Store Credit:
    • Receive instant credit via email
    • Redeem anytime on future purchases

Special Cases:

  • Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return/exchange
  • Swimwear Hygiene: Must have intact liner tags
  • Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days via Quality Claims

International Returns:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refund excludes original shipping/duties
