We want you to love your L*SPACE purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
✓ All original tags and packaging must be included
✓ Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Select items for return and print your prepaid label
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any UPS location
Refund Processing:
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for defective items)

- Online Exchange:
- Return original item(s)
- Place new order at L*SPACE Shop
- Store Credit:
- Receive instant credit via email
- Redeem anytime on future purchases
Special Cases:
- Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return/exchange
- Swimwear Hygiene: Must have intact liner tags
- Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days via Quality Claims
International Returns:
- Customer pays return shipping
- Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refund excludes original shipping/duties
